Starting Right Now

Beginning today, I promise myself and my spouse that I will:

__ Stop trying to explain or make excuses for my angry outbursts
__ Stop speaking when I am angry
__ Not spend one second arguing with my wife
__ Find truth in whatever she says to me
__ Tell her she is right, with no “buts”
__ Do the assignments in this workbook, and follow the instructionsto the very last detail.
