Now, we are going back to study each of these events one more time. This time, like a detective, we are looking for clues about your behavior. The first thing we want to identify is when in the course of each of these events you first noticed that you were starting to get angry. Were you already feeling tense about something before the encounter began? Did things start out calm and reasonably cordial until something was said or done that stirred feelings of anger, defensiveness, or frustration in you? To the best of your ability, think back through each of these events and try to pinpoint when you first felt the fire start sizzling under your pressure cooker.
