Finally, there is a space for you to summarize any thing that you might have learned from this event that can help you to handle the next one better.

Don’t worry about failing. Instead, focus on this definition of success: A man is a success who falls down six times but gets up seven times. It all comes down to this: If you don’t quit, you can’t lose.
