What are the Payment Options
Paypal is the only method of payment accepted for the online anger management course.
Through Paypal, you can pay for the course using a major
credit card or have the funds transferred from your
paypal account. Please refer to Paypal if you are having difficulties paying for your online
subscription.
Having problems logging in with your username or
password?
1. Is your username and password in the proper case,
.ie… upper or lower case?
2. Have you recently changed your username or password?
3. Has your 90-day subscription ended?
Having Problems with your Lesson Key?
1. Please note all lesson keys, usernames and passwords
are case sensitive.
2. Lesson keys will always have a number, dash and
word (written as one word) ie.
26-anger
3. There is NO lesson key for lesson 1. You simply
read to the bottom of the page and it will
lead you to the terms and conditions and your first
lesson.
4. If you have forgotten your lesson key, you can return
to the previous lesson and test and
upon successful completion will again be provided with
the next lesson key.
5. If a lesson key is provided from the Webmaster because you forgot it or because you didn't write it down correctly or for any reason other than a malfunction of our system you may expect a long delay.
Trouble Printing Your Certificate?
1. Please note you can log in from any computer to
print your certificate, just ensure you are
at a workstation with a printer when you complete the
last lesson.
2. If you have no access to a printer, you can save
the certificate as an image (.jpg file) to a
disc or a CD and bring it to a business depot for printing.
3. Once you leave the certificate page, the last lesson
and test will have to be completed again
if you wish to access the certificate page
