James
A. (Jim) Baker is a long-time resident of Houston,
Texas. Jim received his B.S. degree from the University
of Rochester, Behavioral Science 30 hour Certification -
Rochester Institute of Technology, his M.S. from the
State University of New York at Brockport, and attended
the South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. Jim is
a co-founder of the National Center for Dispute
Settlement of the American Arbitration Association, a
past instructor for the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School
of Business, Rice University and an Adjunct Professor
for the University of Houston. Jim is the author of "The
Anger Busting Workbook" a 216 page Best Seller by Bayou
Publishing and the "Anger Busting™ Training and
Counseling Guide" and a senior management and sales
consultant. Jim’s monthly column on Anger related issues
appears in "Recovery Today" and is heralded as the
publications advice column which was first instituted in
2005 and continues today.
