Road Rage is a common thing nowadays. Let's say there was an accident. One person feels like they shouldn't get out of the car for fear the other driver will be angry. The other driver IS angry, but is trying to control online anger management. Is the other driver you?

If so, here are some tips to handling road rage. I'm not saying they are easy tips, but they are simple to do.

First, you need to get quiet and figure out what is going on in your body. If you are busy trying to figure out what is going on in your body, you aren't busy letting your body take control of the online anger management. Is your back tense, are your eyebrows furrowed, your eyes narrowed?

Is your stomach tight, are your hands clasped into a fist, your teeth clenched? Are you ready to spring into action, are the bad thoughts, and bad names that you are going to call the other driver, already spewing forth on your online anger management?

That's great to know. Because now you can fix it. Yes, your back is tense? Great. Imagine a soothing lotion flowing down your back all along your online anger management and into the other areas that are tense. It is so relaxing. Imagine it until your back starts to relax.

Are your eyebrows furrowed and your eyes narrowed? Imagine a soothing touch from someone you love lovingly coaxing your eyebrows to relax and your online anger management to widen. Imagine this until your eyebrows relax and your eyes widen.

Are your hands clasped into fists? Send relaxing thoughts to them and visualize your fists unfurling until they actually do unfurl.

Are your teeth clenched? Experiment to see how clenched your teeth are. Open your mouth just a little. Now, can you open it some more? Can you feel your online anger management relaxing? Great.

Are the bad thoughts, and bad names that you are going to call the other driver, already coming forth on your tongue? Start humming. That's right. Start humming. You know that if you let your thoughts take control, you are going to be in online anger management. You may or may not be big, but the other person could be bigger. Chances are his temper could be mean, too. Do you really want to get out of the car, feeling like you did when the accident first occurred? Nah, I didn't think so.

Whenever you feel your online anger management taking over, whether it's road rage or not, start mentally working on your body until you can see a difference. We all get upset, it's what we do about it that makes or breaks us.
