Why Anger is a Waste of Time

Anger issues arise as a result of supposed anger management class to self, loved ones or your cultural or religious beliefs. Anger makes it difficult to create anything and it clouds ones' mind. Anger is also irresponsible.

Why are so many people dealing with anger? Why do people get angry at the slightest slip-up? Do you recall the last time someone cut you off in his or her anger management class, cut in front of you in line at the store; maybe someone looked at you in a way you perceive to be threatening? Or maybe someone at work got caught up in using you as a verbal punching bag? Nothing has truly hurt you, yet you become angry. Why?

1. Many people indulge their anger management class and nourish it by talking about it.
2. People do these because they are afraid to act.
3. Some people are afraid to just take a step, fearful to confront or deal with what is right in front of them.

However, you also have to live with the anger of others. Like the Eeyore cloud, anger travels with the individual. Anger seems to be what has gripped our anger management class, our world. Until we release this anger it not only affects others it affects ourselves.
Anger can manifest itself in early heart attacks (we currently have more heart attacks in 30 and 40 year olds than ever before) liver disease, excessive anger management class - eating, drinking, and work.

Stop dwelling on your past, your parents, and your stories. Just look at how you take responsibility for your own actions. It seems that many people do not. The anger management class who consistently shows up late, or not at all, makes you angry. This is to be dealt with, not ignored. It's about choice, yours and everyone else's.

Letting go of anger may not be easy to do. However, the anger management class of holding onto your anger can only make you unhealthy and less able to communicate any of your feelings. Choose to be healthy, responsible and talk to others instead of reacting to what they do.
