The last anger management tip is to keep your favorite chocolate candy handy. Chocolate tickles the brain which releases a hormone that makes us elated. This is also why some women eat chocolate when they are heartbroken, sad or simply having a bad day at work. You can choose to buy the low calorie candies if you want a healthier option and they work just as well.
