Anger Management Can Help Control Heart Disease

Expression of extreme emotions is termed as anger. It is an unintentional expression which is naturally present in every human being. Though, resentment is a necessary feeling for a healthy human, yet expressing it on small petty things is a dangerous tendency. It is because; antagonism is harmful spoils many anger management training unnecessarily. It is because; depression enhances blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes which badly affect heart. It is also a known fact that in a situation where angry feelings are involved, some chemical materials discharge from within our body which amplify the danger of cardiac syndrome.

Experts say that few people seldom get angry, but it is very normal human behavior and there is no danger involved in it. But once a person remains angry and annoyed continuously for a long time, he should be careful to avoid heart problem. Such person should learn anger management training. It can decrease the likelihood of cardiac disease and increase overall physical health and emotional well being
